Despite this fact many school age rural children in Uttrakhand who are enrolled in primary school don’t go to secondary School and very few are able to pursue their aspiration to become teachers, engineers, entrepreneurs etc. Hira Convent School can solve the said problem as it has a group of dedicated teachers who empower each and every child to learn and make a different than the traditional education. Besides being committed to academic excellence and providing education for all round development, another special characteristic of Hira Convent School is the appreciation of the worth of the each student. The School is equally committed to the under-represented and less-privileged segments of the population, such as gifted applicants whose parents could not attend school and children with high potential facing difficult financial circumstances.
A major landmark development has been the inclusion of the physically and mentally handicapped children into the mainstream of school life. This contributes to a strong sense of community life, so characteristic of the school. In other words, children belonging to every strata of society are given the opportunity to study here. The school does not in any way, discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, caste or creed, in the implementation of its admission policy.

Chairman Message:
As a chairman of Hira Convent School Education society I invite to all well wishers of Hira Convent school to come forward and join the campaign in raising funds for the school in order to provide quality education for poor children from different rural areas in the remote parts of Kumaun Himalayan in Uttarakhand as we all know how important education is and it is our responsibility to provide proper education in bringing up young generations so to become our future citizens of the world to contribute their special talents and expertise.
We believe and trust that a successful mission for quality education would sprout out valuable people who can further contribute to the society and future development of human achievements. Remember; keep it concise, yet personal. Ask yourself: if someone stopped reading here would they be ready to make a contribution for making the bright future of poor rural village children of India.
We are looking for sufficient budget for building infrastructure and providing good teaching facilities for Higher Secondary stand. The uniqueness of the School will to impart moral education along with modern scientific education to the students. The pass out students from the school will have mixed character as they will follow their tradition values of their culture & society and to update their knowledge through modern techniques of education system. The school takes care of games and yoga for their physical fitness. In case it turns out to be that our mission isn’t successful, we would like to make sure that the received funds would be utilized for providing quality education through other non-profit educational organizations so as to help the disadvantageous families in order to provide education for their children. As a universal fact we all know that nurturing young generations with proper education can bring many positive changes to any society, our trust lies in shaping a bright future for the individuals and the global society through their contributions. Likewise at this stage we believe that your contribution would indeed be a great help as a part of unanimous vision and future contribution. On behalf of social work and other contributions to the local community and the global society, till date the School has taken many social welfare schemes such as to clean environment, plant trees, to help age old people of the community. Many passed out students of this school at present working as Engineers, Doctors, teachers and other Govt. and Pvt. Jobs of India and contributing their well disciplined knowledge and techniques which they learnt from the school. Since the inception of this vision and acting upon the implementation plan, there have been many local issues and obstacles that have made it a bit difficult to carry forward the vision such as initially bringing awareness of importance of education among the people of rural areas and later coping up with many other commercial educational institutes within the local community but after large amount of efforts poured into making it possible for continuing the vision, it has been quite a journey till date in growing to substantial level.
To face the competition of other well established institutions and simultaneously provide better methods of teaching, we would like to improvise on providing quality teaching staff to introduce unique & new methods of teaching and creative interaction among both the teachers and students.
We understand that though every individual can’t afford to fund our mission and vision, we believe that each individuals little contribution of just sharing and spreading our ideologies would help us in moving forwards to full fill this global vision.
So we would like you to share our idea for this campaign through the big idea of every means of social networking and other sources of global networking
